Handling Criminal Fisheries
During the period of 2004 s/d in 2008 has made the handling criminal violations of the fishery as 656 cases with details as follows (Table 15).

Development of crime in the fishing year 2008 (December) of 77 cases of criminal fishery: 7 (seven) cases in the process of investigation; 0 (zero) in the case of P-21; 0 (zero) in the case of the prosecution process penututan country; 0 (zero) cases praperadilan process; 0 (zero) in the process of hearing cases and 13 cases have be by District Court.
